This is the processing “puck” unit from the Covidien/Medtronic Bispectral Index (BIS) brain monitoring system, used in anesthesia to assess depth of sedation via EEG processing. Has signs of use. 

The module includes:

•  The main blue/gray BIS LoC 4 Channel unit (clearly marked “Covidien BIS LoC 4 Channel”)

•  Attached patient interface cable (PIC) with the gray clip-style sensor connector

•  Additional host monitor connection cable

This item has not been tested due to lack of compatible equipment.
