Overview 

The AIRVO 2 is a humidifier with integrated flow generator that delivers high flow warmed and humidified respiratory gases to spontaneously breathing patients through a variety of patient interfaces. 

Intended Use 

The AIRVO 2 is for the treatment of spontaneously breathing patients who would benefit from receiving high flow warmed and humidified respiratory gasses. This includes patients who have had upper airways bypassed. The flow may be from 2-60L/min depending on the patient interface. The AIRVO 2 is for patients in hospitals and long-term care facilities

Adjustable temperature and flow settings

• Three temperature settings, including 37 Degrees celsius (body temperature pressure saturated for a nonmothermic patient) i.e. optimal humidity 

• Integrated flow generator delivers a wide flow range 10-60L/min for adult patients and 2-25 L/min for pediatric patients

• No wall air supply required

Optiflow+ Nasal Interface 

• F&P Evaqua technology, which reduces the information of mobile condensation 

• Soft, flexible prongs

• Prongs contoured to patient’s nose

  Supplementary oxygen (when required)

•  Oxygen can be added from wall supply or cylinder

• Inbuilt ultrasonic oxygen analyzer requires no calibration, service or replacement
