Description

Designed for use with our modular table systems, the Cervical Management Base Unit and Coupler II head fixation accessories support the use of Mayfield® or DORO® skull clamps.

The Cervical Management Base Unit mounts on the crossbar of the Trios® Base (7803-457) or MTS Advanced Control Base (5879-1) and can be used with either the Spinal Surgery Top or the Radiolucent Imaging Top. The Cervical Management Base Unit also supports traction for the cervical spine via a longitudinal slide feature and fine vertical adjustment through the use of a crank handle.

The Coupler II mounts on the rails of the spinal top of the modular table systems and comes standard with aluminum and radiolucent adaptors for the Mayfield skull clamp. Spinal top adaptor brackets are used to mount the Coupler II on the frame. Note: an additional adaptor is required with the DORO Radiolucent Skull Clamp; the DORO Aluminum Skull Clamp attaches to the standard aluminum adapter.
