Description
OLYMPUS ENF TYPE P3 RHINO-LARYNGOFIBERSCOPE
Brightness And Resolution Enhancements Assure Clear Observation For The Detection Of Disease In Its Earliest Stages.
Olympus’ improvement of the two crucial factors integral to fiberscopic utility assures greater accuracy and confidence for diagnosis or observation. Enhanced brightness resolution make the ENF TYPE P3 ideal for applications involving the nasal sinus, paranasal sinus, nasopharynx, larynx, and external ear.
Brightness increased approx. 48%*
A newly developed Olympus optical system provides an image field half again as bright as was previously possible. In addition to superior observation of the nasopharynx, the 85° field of view provides excellent visibility of the vocal cords.
Resolution improved approx. 33%*
By increasing the number of image guide fibers, Olympus has upgraded resolution by a third. This in turn allows the user to discern far smaller abnormalities, providing a much-needed boost in accuracy and precision for early diagnosis.
Angulation increased to 130° down
Olympus has added a full 30° of angulation capability to aid insertion and observation. Instead of a conventional 100°, the ENF TYPE P3 can bend 130° down, making it especially useful for observing the nasopharynx and hypopharynx via nasal insertion.
