OsteoMed ExtreMIFIX Cannulated Screw System Headless screw-Lag Screws 3.0-4.0mm

$895.00

Inside the open tray, all instruments and implants are organized in clearly labeled, laser-etched sections. The layout is clean and surgical-grade, with every tool held securely in its dedicated silicone or metal slot.

On the left side are rows of titanium headless compression screws and lag screws in graduated lengths (10 mm to 52 mm), separated by diameter (3.0 mm on the left half, 4.0 mm on the right half). Most screw positions still contain implants, though some shorter and commonly used lengths show expected depletion.

The center section holds the instrumentation:

•  Two pairs of labeled washers (3.0 mm and 4.0 mm)- Missing

•  Parallel wire guides (0.045” and 0.062” K-wires)

•  Depth gauge

•  Countersink

•  Bone clamp

•  Cannulated drill bits

•  Short driver stem

•  Long driver stem-missing

•  Screw extractor-missing

•  Ratcheting driver handle (visible at the bottom with a black OsteoMed grip)

All instruments show normal signs of clinical use: light surface marks from sterilization cycles and minor scratches, but no damage, bends, or missing tips. Laser markings remain legible.

The tray itself is in excellent structural condition, with intact corners, hinges, and latches. The overall presentation is that of a well-maintained, recently retired hospital set ready for continued clinical or educational use.

This is not the complete ExtreMIFIX small-fragment cannulated screw system as originally supplied by OsteoMed (now part of Smith & Nephew), widely used in hand, wrist, foot, and ankle surgery.
